A Boy a Ball and Some Bubbles

I love to photograph young children.  They are totally uninhibited in front of the camera, so it is easy to capture a bit of the essence of who they truly are.  I photographed this young boy last spring and his mother wanted some more photos of him once the leaves changed.  We don’t have a lot of foliage with color here in Eastern North Carolina, but we were fortunate to find a bit in the back yard of her mothers neighbor.  He was a lot of fun, but totally wore me out keeping up with him.

Evening at the Beach

I had a great time photographing a family at the beach a week ago.  The two kids were so adorable and their love for each other really stood out.  Here are a few of the shots.

Birthday Girl

I had the opportunity to photograph a birthday party  recently.  The photos span five generations.  The little girl is so cute and the others look very nice as well.

Three Generations

I had the opportunity to photograph an extended family a couple of weeks ago consisting of three generations.  Here are a few of my favorite shots.

At the Beach

I really enjoyed working with this family last week.  They are in the military.  I have a lot of respect for those serving and protecting our country.  We had to postpone our session a couple of times so it was great to finally get together.  They all did great in front of the camera.

Cutie at Creekside Park

I did a photo shoot of a cute little two year old at Creekside Park last week.  I love working with young children and this one was a lot of fun.  She is adorable, isn’t she?  It is extremely rewarding to be able to capture the innocence and wonder of childhood and preserve those memories for parents.
